Oven Baked Cod with Parmesan

Serves 4

Ingredients:

4 portions of Fresh Cod, skin off
200g of grated cheese
5 tbsp of crème fraiche
2 tbsp of mustard
3 tbsp dry bread crumbs
3 tbsp of parmesan
1tsp of butter
Salt and pepper
1 gratin dish or 4 individual dishes

Method:

Preheat the oven to 200ºc. Grease the dish (or dishes) with the butter and place each fillets inside. In a bowl, mix the grated cheese with the crème fraiche, mustard, salt and pepper. Place the mixture over the cod. Mix the breadcrumbs with the parmesan in a bowl and sprinkle over the fish. Place in the oven for 20 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
