4 Flanagan's Fish Finger
2 tortilla Wraps
Iceberg lettuce, shredded
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Mayonnaise or Tartar Sauce
Cook the fish fingers in a lightly oiled pan or under the grill for 5 min. Once the fish fingers are cooked, place the wraps on a plate, layer the mayonnaise or tartar sauce with salad, top with the fish fingers (you can cut them up or keep them whole), garnish with tomatoes, cucumber. Wrap the tortilla. Great to make ahead for lunch the next day!
